Dinosaur shells

This pattern was inspired by stegasaurous dotted flannel.

Materials:

Size 10 crochet thread
Size 7 crochet hook 1.65 mm

Stitches
Picot: ch 3, sl st in first ch


Round 1: Sc around, sl st to first sc.
Round 2: *sk next sc, in next sc (dc, picot, [2 dc, picot] 3 times, dc), sk sc and sl st in next sc, sc in next 5 sc, sl st in next sc, repeat from * around.
